Meet the co-founders! Dr. Karen Stierman and Meg Bailey met during graduate school, while earning their Masters in Technology Commercialization at the University of Texas at Austin.  

Instantly connected by their shared passion for aesthetics and wellness, they realized that their unique backgrounds perfectly complemented each other. Dr. Stierman, a board-certified ENT surgeon with a focus in facial plastics, also delves into biomedical technology development. Meg, an engineer, thrives in software development, AI, and customer experience strategy.

Recognizing the synergy between Dr. Stierman's intricate understanding of facial anatomy and surgical techniques and Meg's proficiency in harnessing technology's potential, the co-founders soon realized that their diverse backgrounds harmoniously converged to paint a holistic vision.
